Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul for its outstanding service, with many highlighting the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The hotel’s location, connected to shopping centers and convenient for transport, is another major positive. Breakfast receives favorable mentions for quality and variety, though a few guests found it average. Rooms are frequently described as spacious and comfortable. However, some guests feel the hotel is overpriced for the value offered, and a few experienced issues with cleanliness or noise. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making it a popular choice for both leisure and business travelers.
