The hotel rooms are of reasonable size, clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is also friendly and helpful with the car parking. It is also a short drive from the waterfalls, beaches and market.
The immediate neighborhood has not many restaurants and shops. Breakfast spread is minimal with abalone porridge as it’s main draw.
All the things. Above all, supportive staffs were the best
The staff responded my inquiry email promptly and overall service was great!
There can be more variety for the breakfast choice, especially to the Korean side.
On-site parking and valet was good. Breakfast provided also had a comforting porridge.
The room had too little lights and was too dark in general.
The view from breakfast is undeniably great. But I still would not stay here again.
Our window was broken and didn't seal, we asked reception for help and they didn't see it as a problem. So we heard a lot of street noise. The mattress was broken at the bottom (imagine sinking all the way through the mattress in one area) and very uncomfortable. There were dead bugs and blood spots mashed into the walls, I guess caused when people killed incoming mosquitoes. I asked for the room to be cleaned, explained that there were blood spots, dead bugs and a lot of hair on the floor from previous guests. It wasn't cleaned up at all. Only green tea at breakfast. This was the worst hotel we stayed at on Jeju.
