We really liked having a kitchen with the kiddos! The pool was also great. The staff was all really kind and very helpful. Good location but it is about a 15-20 min drive into Sedona depending on where you are going. But overall it was a very nice stay.

Pros (+) We stayed in a suite that was much larger than expected. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations.

Pros (+) The beautiful rooms, gorgeous views. Peaceful. Amazing vacation spot. Pricing was Amazing! Other older hotels were 2X the amount. Celebrated wedding anniversary. Romantic And Wonderful place.

Pros (+) We stayed in a studio unit. The place was clean and quiet. The bed comfortable, bathroom huge, and lenough space for a sofa and coffee table. There was a small deck off the sliding doors where we enjoyed our coffee and tea while watching the sun rise. The only amenity we used was the hot tub. It was very warm but would have preferred it hot.

Pros (+) Location! This was just a quick weekend stay with my son. Our purpose was to spend time together and hike. So, we just needed a place to sleep and did not use the resort's amenities. Clean. Comfortable.

Cons (-) The stay at the Ridge was just o.k. Nothing special about the room or the place. We spent our time away from the resort, out and about in the Sedona area. What's most annoying is the near daily phone calls both my wife and I get now from Diamond Resorts now 2 months after staying there. For the marginal amount we saved staying there, it's not worth the annoyance of these phone calls.
