Cons (-) Stain on the couch cushion. Moths flying around in hallway. WiFi was TERRIBLE. Had to pay for the WiFi which still didn’t work. Most hotels don’t even charge for this. Air conditioning didn’t reach bedroom. Paying a resort fee was stupid. The size of the pool is smaller than backyard pools. 2-star hotels in Sedona have better views.

Pros (+) So many things if this hotel is a 2 or 3 stars. When we arrived to checking in, no Welcome, just "last name on the reservation"... rude... The second day, our room was not clean. Their answer was "room are clean every two days"... So they sent a cleaning
Cons (-) lady...We asked why we have a cheap room for disable people, not convenient for people who are not disable, they said "you reserved from a Third party", like those website company, so they treat us like a Third class people with disdain

Cons (-) Was surprised to find this placed doubled as a kennel.....the barking and howling of the dogs was a big nuisance. It was handled after 3 calls to the front desk...was not told of this when we checked in...
