Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful views, and overall cleanliness. Many appreciated the friendly staff and convenient amenities like dog-friendly areas and free drinks. However, several reviews mentioned issues with noise levels, air conditioning, and dissatisfaction with the breakfast arrangement, which was often replaced with vouchers for a nearby restaurant. While some guests experienced service lapses, particularly at the front desk, most found the hotel comfortable and pleasant overall.

Cons (-) The hotel is having renovations to add balconies. It will be very nice when completed but isn’t the best when staying here now.

Pros (+) My room was obviously newly renovated. Very clean, nice furnishings included a comfortable armchair and great bed and pillows. Climate control was unobtrusive - I hate those noisy window units. Quiet, and nice view from window. For Sedona in March the price was very low.
Cons (-) I skipped the breakfast. The area was small and crowded, and only carbs on offer. Ongoing renovations didn't bother me, but I was only there about 12 hours...

Pros (+) Fair price- good location.
Cons (-) Kayak booked our rooms- kayak took our money. The hotel initially refused to honor our reservations. Phillip at the front desk actually told my wife and I that even though we had reservations that "it wasn't his problem" and that they were booked. He was rude, disgusting and completely out of line. The fact that Kayak was not available at 7pm to handle this issue was offensive. After a lot of four...
