Cons (-) The hotel is having renovations to add balconies. It will be very nice when completed but isn’t the best when staying here now.

Pros (+) My room was obviously newly renovated. Very clean, nice furnishings included a comfortable armchair and great bed and pillows. Climate control was unobtrusive - I hate those noisy window units. Quiet, and nice view from window. For Sedona in March the price was very low.
Cons (-) I skipped the breakfast. The area was small and crowded, and only carbs on offer. Ongoing renovations didn't bother me, but I was only there about 12 hours...

Cons (-) Kayak booked our rooms- kayak took our money. The hotel initially refused to honor our reservations. Phillip at the front desk actually told my wife and I that even though we had reservations that "it wasn't his problem" and that they were booked. He was rude, disgusting and completely out of line. Pros (+) Good value during this season (Dec). Room was upgraded and in great condition. Elevator was a nice surprise. Nice view from the room, facing North. Very courteous front desk.
Cons (-) We could hear voices and folks outside the room. Walls a little thin? We stayed for new years eve and when we went down for the breakfast at 9:20AM, it was already being cleaned up. I thought it went till 10AM (info at time of check in). We thought that would have been (10) more appropriate for Jan. first. Hotel was pretty full and parking was a bit of a challenge.
