Great people, good service, nice clean room.
The hotel backs to the above ground train, and my room faced the tracks. Was loud.
Poor procedures left me locked out at 2 a.m.; hotel staff didn’t care
Front desk staff failed to answer the phone while the airport shuttle service was on-call only, requiring me to use a taxi. Upon arrival, the door to the hotel lobby was locked. Although the hotel offered a digital key, it could not be activated without a visit to the front desk. No one was at the front desk to answer our call from the courtesy phone at the door. It became necessary to bang on the door to get a response from hotel staff in order to gain entry. In spite of speaking calmly to someone at the front desk (over a sign guaranteeing 100% satisfaction to all guests), and later to the hotel manager, no compensation of any sort was offered. Rather, the hotel manager left me on hold for several minutes while he checked out my story using call and camera records. After determining that my account of events was essentially correct, he still failed to offer any compensation for our bad experience.
we were there on a layover less than 12 hours. Not one of the best Hamptoms but clean and fine for what we needed.
Perfect for a layover in Seattle
Very close to airport Friendly helpful staff Eco-conscious Beautiful park across the street. Great for a walk with a young child. Small lake with a dock, playground, open space.
First class service
Transportation from the airport was professional and friendly. Front desk was very accommodating with our early arrival. Rooms were clean, breakfast was varied and fresh. Absolutely no negatives whatsoever.
Perfect location to visit the city without staying
If you plan on taking the light rail into the city every day, this is a perfect location. You can take the shuttle to the airport, where the station is located then take the 40 minute trip into downtown Seattle. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable.
At the time of our stay, the lobby was under construction. Depending on the time of day (or night), you will hear planes taking off.
Hamptons are good because you know what you're going to get in advance. This was no different. Lived up to previous expectations of other Hamptons I've stayed in. Even the maintenance in the lobby was totally not a huge deal. I mean, it's nice to see a place care enough to renovate things over time.
By the airport. Functions well by staging for air travel. Though no breakfast options for early departing flights
Not bad....not the best either.
The hotel was clean and quiet. It would have been nice to have a small fridge.
The shuttle driver from airport to hotel was very helpful and polite. The room, was quite, bed, very comfortable. Liked the full size shower and no tub to step into. Breakfast was tasty and a good variety of fruit, carbs and protein. I would stay there again when in Seattle.
Very simple, clean hotel.
I liked that it was very clean, and that it is close to the airport. I was looking for a clean and convenient place to sleep and I got what I paid for. They have done a great job of providing a simple, usable room and it is kept very very clean.
Nice staff. Decent breakfast.
I HATED THE AIR FRESHENERS. THERE WAS WAY TOO MUCH OF IT.
