Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to Avenida Paulista, shopping centers, and public transport. The staff and service are frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, with several guests appreciating the breakfast for its quality and variety. However, many reviews mention small, poorly maintained bathrooms and issues with cleanliness or comfort in some rooms. Noise from the street and thin walls is also a recurring complaint. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for price and the positive attitude of the staff make it a popular choice for budget-conscious travelers.
