Pros: The owner of the hotel is a couple and they are fantastic! Actually our ferry will leave at 23:00 from Sicily and the owner offer us to keep the room as long as we want, without any additional charge!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The family who own the hotel were very friendly and accommodating....it was an excellent choice.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms where clean, bathrooms spotless and updated. The building is gorgeous. The location is prime. The owners are so attentive to the guest needs, she has been doing this since she was 14 years old working with father at another establishment in town. Last but not least the breakfast on the “terrazza”, roof top terrace was a great way to start the day.
Cons: The only negative would be an issue that all the B&B’s and hotels from Rome to Sicily, that we stayed in have, not enough A/C. At least for what we are used to. But I can say one thing all filters that I checked for the room a/c units were clean at check-in, I can’t say the same for most American hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and comfortable place, clean and not noisy. Staff very helpfull and good breakfast on the terrasse.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooftop Breakfast day dining was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you want to see one of the prettiest beaches in mediterranian San Vito Lo Capo, you should stay at this hotel. Biancolilla is a brand new hotel and the owners are soo nice and welcoming. Breakfast on the rooftop was really nice and they make great coffe. Rooms are big and clean and the location is perfect - only a few meters away from the beach. We also got great reccomendations for good restaurants from the owners which was important to us as we are gourmets. If really recommend this acomodation.

Pros: All correspondence pre arrival very slick & efficient. Good English from all staff. Very central location (in the pedestrian area)and only few steps from massive clean sandy beach and sea. 5.8 Okay
Pros: There was nothing I liked in particular, location was ok, and the staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Getting to it is a nightmare but that is due to the authorities poor city management. There is no parking. Super cheap toillette paper, empty minibar, no elevator(horror)! Poor sheets
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean room, good location, staff helpful.
Cons: There is a restaurant in adjoining building and our room and the whole hotel smelled like a fried fish at times. Only Italian channels on tv.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent - so close to the beach and all the restaurants. We thank Patrizia and Dina especially for their attention of us. Breakfast was amazing each morning and their knowledge of San Vito lo Capo and surrounding areas made our stay so pleasurable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and our room was very clean, the staff was helpful, specially Patrizia and the Lady who served us coffee in the morning. It’s a few steps from the beach, and the balcony gives you a side see view. In the area there is plenty good restaurants and places where you can eat.
Cons: Lack of kettle and tea cups in the room. A very crowded beach. It’s difficult to get to the hotel which is not there fault but the information/ instruction how to get there by car should be available to people as when we arrived in the evening the Lady at the reception didn’t speak English at all and was pretending that she can’t hear us over the phone.
6.7 Good
Pros: Close to beach. Nice staff.
Cons: Very expensive for the type of room. Over priced for what you got. No staff around after midnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Communication with the hotel was fantastic. The cleanliness of the hotel was beyond perfect. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, bountiful, varied and relaxed. The coffee was great.
Cons: The air conditioning could have been a little stronger - perhaps a fan in the room would have helped.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly. Tasty sweet on the breakfast. The hotel is located just a few minutes to the beaches. Also should try quattro formaggi pizza in the next to restaurant.
Cons: Sometimes it wasn`t hot water, just a little warm. Sure they will fix it.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!!
Cons: We arrived after traveling for 3 hrs, we couldn't find hotel, due to sign being so small, and covered with foliage. To add to our discomfort, we reserved a double room with balcony, when hotel staff showed us the room, it was so small, could hardly walk around the bed. Told her the room was unacceptable, and that we were leaving, so in turn she called owner, and asked us if we would stay 1 night in that room, then next day we could change rooms. So we decided to stay. Shower was so small, could hardly get in and out. Every morning around 7:00 am, the staff preparing breakfast upstairs woke us up. Very disappointed!! Would not ever return!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were the loveliest people! They provided a wonderful, filling breakfast in the morning and were always happy to provide tips on where to eat or where to go. Antonio and his family were all so kind and welcoming. The location is also fantastic. You’re a minute walk from the beach, and an 18 minute drive to Zingaro Nature Reserve. San Vito Lo Capo is a hidden gem and Iride Hotel compliments it beautifully.

Pros: Araba Fenice is a small family owned hotel. It is very well located few steps from the beach and basically in the centre of San Vito lo Capo but not in the main road, which makes it quite and relaxing. When you make a reservation, make sure you check the room typology you are reserving. The hotel has one rather small room, it is lovely and comfortable and we were very happy there. However, if you expect a large room, make sure you book a regular one. Breakfast is simple, the pastries are excellent.

If you go to San Vito lo Capo - this is a very good stay! I was there with my 9 yr old daughter and had a great stay / Joakim, Sweden
Cons: I would recomend to go to San Vito Lo Capo in the spring or early summer. In the end of July and August the beach is to crowded in my taste. But the Hotel was fantastic!

Pros: The staff were very nice it was a family run place and it was clean. They provided us with a bed and basic breakfast. NOt to my taste cheap cereal with nice yoghurt. Lots of cheese and cakes no eggs and bread wasnt that nice Lots of fruit to pick from.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable it was noisy and the pillows were very flat. The AC was blasting down on whoever was in the bed beside it. Had to pay for parking 10 euros a day including 146 a night for uncomfortable bed. People were nice as I said but not worth the money.

Pros: The hotel is very close to the center and to the sea. I am quite happy about my choice.
Cons: The hairdryer didn’t work very well. I didn’t like the parking was not included. I was aware of it, but I think they could include it in the price.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The staff, especially. The attention to details in cleaning and care were amazing. And the place is just gorgeous. A quiet paradise nearby some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to.
Cons: The hotel is really close to perfection. But if there's a will to improve the facilities I'd say: bigger fridges in the rooms would help people staying longer to storage their own goods; a more diverse, less lounge-like soundtrack in the restaurant (ps. I guess any genre gets annoying if listened to repeatedly for more than five days); and finally more grains on the menu (lentils, quinoa, rice, etc.).
5.8 Okay
Pros: Quite nice restaurant and serrounding
Cons: Not clean room with unconfortable bad and many insects, average help at reception.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great views from pool and restaurant. Friendly helpful staff.
Cons: No coffee facilities in the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice pool, good rooms
Cons: The portions in the restaurant are small and very simple food for the price.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, secluded but close to national park and few beaches around. The property is very nice.
Cons: No complimentary water
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Position, staff attitude, facilities, value for money
Cons: Limited choice of menu for breakfast and the restaurant. The property should give more space to local products for breakfast and offer some more choice on lunch and dinner menu.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The place is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area with breathtaking views from breakfast, lunch, dinner and pool area. There is a car area, with extremely comfortable seating where you can also dine if you want in the evening. The Chef and his team change the menu daily and we dined here during all our 3 night stay. They cater for vegetarian too. The personnel is professional, extremely helpful and friendly. They can also help you out with your excursions.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent. The staff was young and very helpfull and service minded.
Cons: The standard rooms are very dark for my taste. We made an upgrade.
7.9 Good
Pros: Stunning, green lavish paradise. Located on the top of the cliff, overlooking the sea. Staff is very accommodating but not handling the complaints very well.
Cons: For 200€/night i’d expect a bigger and more comfortable room. Apart from the size, the biggest disappointment was the room’s smell. It was stuffy and gave the damp/moldy scent. We flagged it to hotel staff - they provided the air purifier but it did not make much difference. The room ventilation was no existing and since the room temperature was regulated centrally (strange for a 4* hotel?), we were not able to ventilate/air it properly. Second major remark was the very very poor spa and massage service. I suffer from back pain and asked for a strong massage but received a back-gliding instead. My partner had same comments, which proved that the masseuse was clearly not certified. Again, we complained to the hotel staff especially since they are charging 60€ for 50min but received a nonchalant reply that they are still testing the facilities and have a temp masseuse on board. Not sure that is a well handled complaint? On top of that, we were charged 25€ pp for a visit to the relaxing area (consisting of a small jacuzzi and sauna), even though the massage room is in the same area). This was never mentioned to us. Lovely spot but i dont think we’ll be back any time soon. The hotel has to step up a notch to deserve the 4* rating.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location / Views / scenary / rooms

8.3 Excellent
Pros: 1) Very friendly stuff 2) nice homemade cheese for breakfast 3) clean and well furnished room 4) pretty balcony - In general the hotel is very good but you have to pay for everything extra. Except for that, i would recommend this hotel. By the way, the sea is very shallow, it takes 10 minutes to start swimming.
Cons: 1) beach towels for money 2) beach shower for money (even if you need to wash your feet after swimming) 3) change room on the beach for money 4) 7 min from the hotel to the beach 5) parking 8 euro per night 6) beach is not owned by the hotel 7) short time for breakfast (from 8 to 9.30) 8) small but cosy room

Pros: High level breakfast. Close to the beach.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast and staff - it really went beyond our expectations. So friendly and welcoming, it was if we knew the owners and their family already. They treated us like gold. The food was unbelievably good and all the best of Sicilian foods were there. The staff couldn't have been kinder and more professional, they helped us with everything and more. We will happily return there if we are lucky enough to find a room available. 10/10!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location near to lots of restaurants, bars and cafes and only a couple of minutes to the beach. We stayed in a lovely room with a large balcony with comfortable seats and a view to the sea. The spa facilities weren't open when we stayed but looked good. Nice breakfast which you would be able to eat outside in the summer.
Cons: Would have liked a kettle in the room.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was excellent except for shower was small. Breakfast was amazing
Cons: Shower too small.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: 1. Amazing hotel, room and facilities 2. Just 12 minutes walk to the beach and hotel also provided free shuttle to the beach 3. Staff went out of the way to make sure that the breakfast suited our custom requirements 4. One of the staff member (may be Mandi) was very very helpful and nice. 5. Hotel has a private area in the beach which they should surely market more as that facility was also great
Cons: 1. Hotel initially told us the use of private area of the beach is free and then another receptionist told us that we will have to pay €15, though she corrected but if it is free and worth €15 benefits then they should market it accordingly and let the guest know to make sure guest appreciates and there are no surprises. 2. Hotel policy need to be a bit more clearer- they should highlight payment of City tax in the booking.com listing. All other hotels in Sicily mention that.
Hotel Tannure - San Vito Lo Capo - Bedroom
13
8.9 Excellent (93 reviews)
5.0 Okay
Cons: Most of the things, the room was really dark and was smelly. At the check in the lady asked me if the rate was correct because what i got was not their normal rate and maybe because of that reason she gave me a really bad room, facing directly the street, smelly and very noisy. The check out experience was terrible, 15 minutes waiting because the lady was in the middle of a training and I had to wait even for the receipt, that I didn't take in the end. The Breakfast was really poor, we came down 30 minutes before the deadline 9.30 and was empty and no one was bother to refill it. No passion at all in what they are doing, just because they know it's a very turistic area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was comfortable and very clean, location itself is fantastic. Staff is extremely kind and hepful, thank you for everything!
Cons: We liked everything here.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The hotel is new, very clean, great location and friendly staff. We loved it:)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Every member of staff at Hotel Tannure understands beach holidays and are eager to give their guests the best experience possible. The rooms in the annex have been newly refurbished and are re-decorated in a beach style with a great bathroom. The location of the included loungers and umbrellas make it easy to deal with a quite busy beach. During our week, the guests were mainly Italian, respectful and well mannered. We would definitely book again if we returned to San Vito.

Pros: Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Would stay here again. Parking is available on the road nearby but obviously can be busy during peak times. However a parking area is available close by at a charge.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was excellent. A few streets from beach. Place was clean and very nice. Breakfast was okay.
Cons: Staff was not friendly. Girl at reception couldn't be bothered. We were checking out and couldn't find anyone to pay. She wasn't at the desk most of the time - even on arrival told us room not ready and was not thrilled when we wanted to leave our bags. I think with someone friendly this place would be better.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great stay with very nice staff and a perfectly located apartment. For sure we will come back again :)

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: location
Cons: Check-in - starts at 16:30, I understand. But why cannot you leave your luggage if you get earlier? the door is closed, you hit the first time for the owner's lack of attention. (I have never seen such an attitude in any accommodation) Room - The bath was improper cleaned, the view is in an inner courtyard, in the inner courtyard there are neighbors who cook all day (fried food), night in the room was the noise of the neighboring restaurant's kitchen, without a bidet facilities - umbrella and sunbeds, are at the location, difficult to transport, no advantage (umbrella is impossible to put on the beach / sand) Breakfast - a great disappointment, it is not clear at what time it starts, the owner tells it is between 8-10, but every day it is late (without apology), the food is of poor quality. We were accommodated about 12 people but at breakfast was 4 yogurt, 4 slices of salami and cheese etc. If you are staying with children I do not think they have what to eat healthily. The owner and the cleaning staff sit and smoke right next to the tables The owner - arrogant, does not communicate, does not know to respect his clients.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, just 50 meters from public beach. Hotel management is really nice. Also they provide sun beds and umbrella for the beach. We stayed 3 people and they gave us 2 connected rooms, therefore it was very comfortable.
Cons: Value for money rate could be better. Also, parking is a problem since the city center is limited for tourists.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet hotel near the beach. Windows overlook the courtyard (in the courtyard there is a water tap to wash the feet from the sand after the beach). The room is small but very cozy, with good-quality wooden furniture and good plumbing. Breakfast is a buffet (coffee, croissants, sweets, etc.), and it's served on the roof of the hotel, which offers a wonderful view of the sea.
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: BnB close to the beach; there is the possibility to get a sun chairs as well.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location with beach, restaurants, shops on your door step and lovely hosts. Nice buffet breakfast in morning. Having had the added bonus of being able to use beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge. Would definitely recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a great location. 2 streets over from the busy Via Savoia so much quieter for sleeping yet so close to restaurants and shops. 50m from the beach and the umbrellas and beach chairs were of very good quality. Breakfast only 5 euros per person. Our room had a large armour so we could completely unpack and feel settled in. Bathroom was very clean and modern. Parking was a few minutes away but the parking lot attendance would pick you up at your hotel when you needed your car and then drop you off again when you were back from your journey. This was a great service as it was easier to drive from the parking lot than from the crowded, narrow streets where all the tourist action is. Owner very accommodating and friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast on the roof, spacious bathroom.
Cons: Towels are a bit rough, but seriously if that is were I have to go for something I don’t like....
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach and you can use their chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The owner was very nice and friendly. We also had a connecting room for our son to stay in.
Cons: The towels were very rough and we ran out of hot water. but other than that it was a great place to stay near the beach shopping and restaurants. The town comes alive at night with lots of people on Holiday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very helpful staff , spotlessly clean tasteful property with everything you might need and more. Beach umbrellas and chairs are included in price which helps a lot .
10.0 Excellent

Cons: No parking
6.7 Good
Pros: Very close to the beach. The staff was nice and attentive. The hotel was ecofriendly.
Cons: No wifi in the room, only in the reception area. Unnecessary to change towels everyday. Matresses and pillows not soft enough.
7.7 Good
Pros: The location in front of the beach is fantastic. The room was clean and confortable. The terrace facing the see is a must. If you rent one of the three rooms with terrace ("superioir double room") the view from the room is unforgettable (we did not regret the extra money we paid for it!). Breakfast was ok. I did not try the Wi-fi connection. The veranda where breakfast is served is lovely.
Cons: Only very few TV channels are available and the quality of signal was very poor. But you don't go there to watch television ... And the garage is too expensive (18 Euro per night at the beginning of October seems too much).
7.7 Good
Pros: Hotel is situated on the boardwalk and only a few meters to the cleanest white sandbeach.
7.3 Good
Pros: Very nice staff, great location.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Excellent location on the beach, and still easy to park.
Cons: Not the most comfortable room/beds.
6.6 Good
Pros: Great position, good value for thr money.
Cons: Noisy if you get a room at the back street. Go to breakfast before 9 o'clock if you want to eat something, or else you won't have much to eat, because they do not refill, although breakfast is 8-10.
6.4 Good
Pros: Fantastic staff, excellent breakfast and excellent location - right by the beach.
Cons: The booking description of the room was inacurate. A "standard room with panoramic balcony" did not have a balcony nor a panoramic view. We were told by the staff that this misunderstanding was a quite frequent occurence... better change it on the booking site.
5.2 Okay
Pros: beach
Cons: there was only one person who speaks english rather poorly, the rest can't speak english at all. It's unreasonably expensive for couples with children -- 250 Euro per day!
6.8 Good
Pros: Close to the beach
Cons:
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location to the beach was good, staff were friendly rooms were clean.
Cons: Booking.com had falsely described a jacuzzi bathtub, in fact there was no bathtub at all and the jucuzzi element was non existent. Free wifi was not included as per description it was 3 euros for 3 hrs at 120 euro a night this should be a basic facility. Booking.
