All it had to offer
We will be back
traffic noise from highway can be heard in the rooms
proximity to Texas State University Campus
Low water pressure in shower. No on site, or "within walking distance" dining options No on site shop for toiletries, snacks.
Room stink like mold
The room smell like mold
That the pool stayed open until midnight, check-out time of noon instead of 10:00am! Free cookies in the lobby. LOVED the A/C!!
Dirty and stained floors. No vending machines. 2 wall sockets were broken, one light burned out
The housekeeping staff are very nice and helpful.
The jets in the hot tub didnt work and it, the pool and the pool area were dirty. No one from the hotel seemed bothered by the water roaches(live and dead) scattered throughout the INDOOR pool area. Also, their queen size beds were DOUBLES not queens which I paid extra for. I would NEVER book this hotel again and do NOT recommend it to anyone at this price. We spent 4 days and would have left after one if it was not non-refundable!!
