This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rooms, pools and common areas are filthy. The food is disgusting, the drink selections and bar menu are extremely poor. Staff are rude and love saying no, which is odd for an all inclusive hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place feels like a rip off even when prices are low. We ended up eating most of our meals outside of the hotel...

Pros (+) Just the proximity to beach
Cons (-) Hotel is right on the main road, so rooms on the road-side you will hear the traffic all night long. You literally feel like you are sleeping in a major parking garage. No sleep possible. Hotel completely over run by guests. They don’t have enough employees and facilities to take care of their guests. The night I was there, only 2 restaurants were working , buffet and Japanese restaurant and wait ...
