Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the comfortable beds and the hotel's convenient location. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as slow response times, understaffing, and poor communication. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, particularly regarding the pool and housekeeping. Breakfast and food options received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the meals while others found them repetitive or lacking in quality. Overall, while some aspects like bed comfort and location stood out positively, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
