Pool area was nice. The bar staff at the pool was not particularly friendly, and did not seem happy.
Ants in my room. I first noticed them in the bathroom - no big deal. Had a quick nap on the bed, when I returned from having a bite to eat the bed was SWARMED with ants. Good thing I wasn't staying the night - the room was to shower and rest up before my late flight. Contrary to the name there are NO spa services. I was hoping to get a massage before my flight home.

Convenient location.
Unhelpful and rude receptionist/concierge. On the two occasions we asked them to call us as taxi they left us waiting in the reception for over 20 minutes and were utterly unimpressed when we asked them how much longer we would have to wait, continuously ignoring us or telling us just to sit and wait. Incredibly rude.

Typical airport hotel. Everything you could expect, but nothing that stands out. Decent internet speed and friendly staff helped. Free pickup shuttle from the airport.

Fabulous pool area, perfect to relax there after a long flight. We actually stayed an extra night and plan to book again the night before we fly home. short walk to a fabulous beach and plenty of places to eat nearby, can highly recommend. PS standard rooms are in the main building (which we booked and are fine) but slightly more expensive villa rooms are by the pool which are much prettier.

“I needed somewhere to stay before my flight, so this was perfect location, it has take away food next door and a 7/11, and a lovely pool to relax by before your flight. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and mine had a bath which was appreciated after a stressful day! Like many other reviews state, The staff aren’t very helpful at all and really don’t even want to try help you. They wouldn’t let me take a shower in one of the rooms even if I offered to pay... so in the end I ended up booking an entire room for the day just to shower. Food at the restaurant is average. Not sure I would stay here again as there are plenty other accommodation options near the airport also.”
