Location is great you can catch metro station front of hotel also walk about 20 minutes to Nevesky street The room was clean and our rooms view was backward that is quiet but seems rooms with streets view is noisy Most of receptionists can speak English but kitchen staff was terrible Totally was cosy and comfortable
Hotel hasn’t elevator so if your room will be in third floor could be bothered you Kitchen staff was very unfriendly and spot rude Heating system wasn’t working

Great location: easy to find, subway station and a small park are across the street, Nevsky Avenue, Fontanka river bank are in a short walking distance. The neighborhood is very calm, couple of restaurants, shops are close to the entrance. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is decent. Very good quality for reasonable price. You can also book tours around the city and others places at the hotel
Room are a bit small, beds are a bit narrow, clothes hangers are not handy, so better to change them.
