Breakfast, tidiness
Some staff behaviours, especially in the restaurant, free access of hotel workers to the rooms, lack of digital safes in the rooms, lack of night security at the hotel, anyone can gain access at anytime to the rooms without being challenged, some outdated facilities in the hotel especially the old boxes TV's in the rooms, outdated gym and sport equipment

MOSQUITOS are all over the apartment. We didnt sleep well because of that. Good thing we bring mosquito repellant but still annoying. Beds are not comfortable in 3 rooms. 2 flat pillows for each rooms only. 1 small Aircon is in the living room area only so it's very hot inside our 3 rooms. We expect that each room has an aircon. How come the a/c is in the living area only?! Receptionist cnt speak in english and they asked us to wait for 30 mins just to register our names. More improvement needed to this hotel apartment. This hotel is far from city center
