The best place that fits its price the best way. Just at the city center, close to cafes, restaurants, shops. A friendly owner, drinking water, tea, coffee available at any time.
There is a small problem with taking out the rubbish. But the owner is always willing to help, change the bedclothes and the towels.

Entrance ..and hallway smelled. The entrance to the hotel was not a great view, but the service from staff ward outstanding..
