I usually travel to pci yearly and have always had an amazing trip. This year I was very underwhelmed with the condition of the room. The shower floor felt like it was going to fall in. The lights flickered and some outlets didn’t work. The bed was unusually firm which caused all 4 of our backs to hurt. Will I book here again? Cons (-) It was a rip off to have an additional charge of $22.60 per day for no justifiable reason? We received no special service, nor did the resort offer any exceptional amenities? The overall experience was mediocre and I would not recommend it to my friends or family.

Pros (+) Liked the beachy/surfer "feel" of the location. I travelled in January and the weather wasn't great (windy and cold) plus there is some construction going on, mostly in the main lobby I believe. This really didn't impact my trip, as I was there for a friends wedding taking place literally just down the road. For the money and location, great value.
