A worthy drive to this property almost was out of nowhere for the view of Bay of Fundy. Calm & peaceful.
Location was outstanding, especially if you like scenic beauty, isolation and quiet. The breakfast was great and we got to order exactly what we wanted. There was no breakfast option A or B like some B&Bs. The 200 year old house was truly unique.
The bathroom situation was a little difficult. My wife did not like having to share a bathroom. The bathroom with the shower being downstairs was a little awkward. I thought it worked out just fine. The other great things about the location and the really great old house more than made up for the bathroom situation. It was a little hard to get to from the main road, but was worth the drive. May Moore should consider changing the name to something more exotic sounding like Moore's Fundy View Bed and Breakfast.
Best breakfast I had in the two week road trip through eastern Canada.
Our room was lovely with a view of the Bay of Fundy. Very comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras. Breakfast was delicious and cooked for us while we sat and drank delicious coffee. The house is amazing with lots of things to look at, antiques, historical facts about the place and surroundings. May, the owner, was so helpful, friendly and caring. A great host.
Our only complaint would be that we had to share a bathroom. This was a B&B so that's to be expected. The bathroom was down on the main floor with a two piece right next to our room... but as seniors we would have preferred an ensuite. However, it would not deter us from visiting again.
Beautiful quaint setting, felt like coming home to Grandmas house! Breakfast was amazing. Stunning view and sunrise! Very friendly host.
