everything bed was hard as a rock, pillows were lumpy, booked a king got two twins that kept slipping apart. The photographer does a good job making garbage look more like roses

Absolutely amazing location, close to the most important and interesting places in Rouen. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Very nice and calm hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Nice room with incredible view and terrace. Soo good breakfast big variety of food and amazing coffee. Comfortable bed. Everything what you need was in the room.
It will be so nice to have kettle in the room to make tea/ coffee.

George the owner was very helpful in advising on places to see and restaurants. When we had some trouble with our rental car he researched and offered a solution.
Central location but noisy at night and early morning with traffic and construction.
