Staff was pleasant.
Bathtub/shower was not level. Water pooled at the wrong end and didn't drain. Toilet paper holder was placed behind the toilet, requiring a contortionist to access. They sprayed some very strongly smelling fragrance/cleaner in the room with an unpleasant odor.
