I did not like much about this place at all. The best thing I can say is that it was clean.
Oh, where to start! >Breakfast is a gyp. You get a sticky note for each day that's a voucher for 2 euros per person at a shop you have to walk a block and a half to get to. So this effectively relates to one pastry and a coffee. Anything else you want is on you. They do have a coffee pot and leave juice boxes and water in the room. We checked in on Easter and that Monday is a holiday, so we did not have the breakfast shop as an option since they were closed. Instead, they left a couple of prepackaged croissants in the room. I was basically shorted on breakfast. >Now the bathroom. Our toilet was not flushing correctly and they said they would have a technician come the next day. The repair took place while we were out. Unbeknownst to us until our return, they took the toilet seat and did not replace it! Yes, we were left without a toilet seat for a night and morning with no explanation other than "it was old". Do you want to sit on a toilet without a seat? I know I don't, but I had to. I am not sure who decided this was a good idea, but it wasn't! Furthermore, the bathroom is tiny. If you've ever watched "Tiny Houses", the sink in the bathroom is one of those. Barely big enough to get both hands in. The shower was OK except the head sprayed in every direction but down. >Location: Not good. Ten minute walk to the Metro train and 10 to 15 minutes to any restaurant. The only thing it's close to is a bus stop that is a two minute walk. Getting to Rome (Termini) takes at least 30 minutes. >Balcony- Not big enough to sit on and looks out into a courtyard with others looking into your room. Also, one day they lowered the slat screen blocking all of the natural light and I could not get it to go back up. >WiFi - The WiFi went out twice in our three day stay. One time it was out for almost 24 hours. We got no response on getting it corrected. >Communication with host. Poor.
Shower, clean towels, clrsn bedsheets everyday
Wasn't room I booked, breakfast was in room and very limited, SNF trying to find place was hard
