Pros (+) Fabulous staff who couldn't do enough for us. The concierge, Anna, and Chiara, who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. The hotel was immaculate and the gardens, beautiful. We felt very much taken care of on a very personal level. Thanks so much much for such wonderful service. We will definitely return.
Cons (-) It's a little away from the city but the hotel shuttle bus runs an excellent service. And besides, if we were in town, the room sizes wouldn't be as decadent.

Cons (-) If this hotel was anywhere else but in Rome, you would consider it old and run down. The furniture in the guest rooms is ancient and the decore is very tacky. They are trying to go for some "original decore" look, but unless they want to tell me that Julius Caesar stayed there himself it's not working.
