Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location near the Vatican and metro stations, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, many expressed disappointment with the cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty bathrooms, unclean rooms, and worn-out furnishings. Service was also a common concern, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff, poor communication, and difficulties with check-in or accessing the property. Several guests found the beds uncomfortable or in poor condition, and bathroom facilities often failed to meet expectations due to cleanliness problems, lack of hot water, or maintenance issues. Overall, while the location was a major highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and room comfort.
