Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was always clean and relatively modern. Location perfect!
AC was not working well and city was extremely hot. Despite of summer, an AC should cool a small room down- at least a bit. Which it was not the case. Unfortunately to top up the heat, the shower was also boiling hot. No joke: I was throwing some bottles of water from sink (where water was cold).
Room was really great, location couldn't be better. We had the corner room (203) with double aspect balcony, one which overlooks some ancient ruins.
The entrance to the hotel looks a bit grotty and had us a little worried on arrival but on entrance into the actual hotel on 3rd floor it was great
Location is right in the centre with great views and the bed was really comfortable.
The Aircon wasn't working properly so made it very uncomfortable to sleep.
The location is good, it is within walking distance of the major attractions you want to see Torre di Argentina is just in front of the hotel, and the view from the balcony is awesome. There is also a bus service just two minutes away, I travelled around by bus to the further sites.
The only complaint I have is there is not much of a closet space to store away my clothes or things, but I guess it is to make the room look pretty with other furniture,
Location was amazing, a short walk to the main attractions (except the Vatican but that depends on how much you like walking). However, there are many local bus and tram stops so this isn't a big issue, travel is very cheap also. Staff were very kind and informative. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the balcony was a great addition.
The breakfast was disappointing. The fruit platter was literally just cut up banana and apple and a peeled satsuma, pastries were bought from the local shop and the "toast" was biscuit-type toast from a packet. We ended up buying snacks mid morning as we were still hungry but take into consideration that breakfast isn't a big thing in Italy. There is very little wardrobe space so pack lightly or be prepared to leave your clothes in your suitcase. We feel the hotel was overpriced, we ended up paying upwards of 700euros for our short stay and whilst the location was great everything else was very average. Other local B&Bs/Airbnb accommodations were much cheaper for the same sort of thing. I would stay again but only feel it would be justified if it was a cheaper price.
