First night they gave us a room in another property. It was big but the area is sketchy and doesn't feel safe to us. We requested to be transfered to their original property. Breakfast was just adequate but the servers are very accommodating and helpful. Location is central and walking distance to major attractions (10 mins to Rialto and 5 mins to Piazza San Marco).

Pros (+) Got exactly what I wanted from this hotel. Great price, location, clean and comfortable room, good customer service. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) Safe was not working, but this hotel felt very safe and secure.

Pros (+) Advertised as a boutique hotel, but rooms were dark with drab decorations. The air conditioner also barely cooled the room. Be careful with transportation to airport which shows credit card accepted. My cousin used it and was taken to an atm to take out money. I double checked with my reservation that credit card would be accepted and was told yes. In the car again I was asked to go to an atm.
