Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transport. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively, with many guests noting well-maintained rooms and common areas. Breakfast received mixed feedback: while some appreciated the variety and quality, others found it basic or repetitive.
