Almost friendly staff. Breakfast OK.
I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. And when i arrived and opened my bathroom door, there were strong cigarette stink in bathroom, like someone has just smoked there recently (i don't smoke). Door card never worked and every time i had to go downstairs to get it "fixed" sometimes i had to go twice also middle of the night. The cigarette stink didn't go away even when they called the technician to fix this. SO i lived in constant cigarette stink. FUIH, DISGUSTING. I WON'T recommend this hotel AT ALL! Also during breakfast there were half croissant laying on the floor and workers didn't pick it up - i finished my breakfast before i got to see that. There were one woman on reception who was bit arrogant.
The receptionists were so helpful. Location is good, bus and tram almost near the Hotel. Breakfast was perfect, it was a traditional "italian". The bed was very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay in Rome at this place.
The wall in the room was dirty a bit.
My room was perfect for what I needed during my long weekend stay there. Excellent views of the city and the balcony was lovely to sit on during the cooler evening hours.
The toilet had a few problems during my stay, although the staff was quick to send someone to fix it. And breakfast was limited in what it had available.
Pastries at breakfadt
Poor tv connection, no ice cubes at breakfast, only red orange juice available, noisy air conditioning, very small bathroom
Friendly staff, possibility to check in at any time after 2pm, spacious and bright room, very clean. I paid for a single but ended up getting a triple so it exceeded my expectations. Wifi reception was perfect. I also like the fact I was able to buy bus tickets in the hotel.
Everything was perfect. If I really had to find one flaw I'd say the lock on the door. Wasn't sure if I locked my door correctly.
