Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, often going out of their way to accommodate guest needs. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with many guests noting the rooms were well-kept and comfortable. Breakfast was appreciated by several reviewers for its variety and quality. However, some guests experienced issues with noise, particularly in rooms near the breakfast area or facing service spaces, and a few mentioned concerns about privacy and security. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for travelers.
