Very nice host, decent breakfast and wonderful location. We had a great time!
The historic ceiling
The apartment is really delicately decorated. Very nice breakfast. Staff can speak good English and recommended a lot of nice restaurants for us.
We had an amazing time staying at History Suite. The accommodation is very conveniently set close to the center, walking distance to many sites, especially very close to Pantheon. The rooms are clean, spacious, warm, and with private bathroom. For smokers, there is an outside terrace / balcony with a sofa and table. Not a breakfast person so I do not know how it was like, but it looked nice every morning. Exceptional staff, welcoming. We were able to leave our bags after the check-out until departure of our plan (might want to check the backup keys first, as ours didn't fit, luckily the owner was still on premise). All in all good value for money experience, definitely we'll stay there everytime I I get back to Rome.
The location was perfect. Comfortable walking distance to all the major attractions as well as the quaint Travestere area with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants.
I booked the History suite as there were 5 adults travelling together thinking that it would be more like a mini apartment. However the rooms were very small. It consisted of 1 x single bed and 1 x double bed in the bedroom, and the other 2 adults had to sleep on sofa couch which was right next to the toilet...so it wasn’t the most comfortable. If I were to come back to Rome w just my partner I would stay here again purely because of location, but not for 5 adults.
With a stay at History Suite, you'll be centrally located in Rome, steps from Largo di Torre Argentina and 6 minutes by foot from Via del Corso. Featured amenities include luggage storage and an elevator. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
