Everything is extremely clean, restrooms are inside the bedroom so you do not need to go out. Staff are very friendly and the amenities are available. Short distance walk from the metro Vitorrio Emmanuele and Roma termini.
It's more of like a hotel I don't think there was a kitchen to prepare your own food. But they really have a good cafe and roof top bar.

Located near train station, easy access to metro. Rooms were clean and sufficient. Common areas are nice and likely a good place to meet fellow travelers, although it was quiet when we were there.
Private rooms lack amenities compared to other similarly-priced places in Rome. No fridge, kettle, or coffee maker, and a “no food” policy that I wasn’t expecting from a hostel. Also, our toilet broke during our stay.

The hotel and room looks great and comfortable. Their staff is always friendly and ready to help instantly.
Nth bothered us because we understood we are booking an en-suite private room in a hostel. However, a slightly larger space for 2 larger luggage would have been perfect
