Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city. The service was frequently described as excellent, with staff members being friendly, attentive, and helpful. Many guests appreciated the luxurious amenities and thoughtful touches such as welcome gifts and high-end toiletries. However, several reviews noted disappointment with the breakfast selection, citing limited variety and quality. Some guests also felt that the value for price could be improved, mentioning issues with room facilities and extra charges. Overall, the positive experiences with location, service, and amenities outweighed the negatives.
