Guests consistently praised the hotel's large pool and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many found the rooms to be spacious and appreciated the overall cleanliness. However, there were several complaints about service, including communication issues, slow or inadequate responses from staff, and occasional lapses in housekeeping.
