Lovely art deco touches everywhere. Breakfast was well priced and had a wide variety of foods.
no. A bit off the beaten path, but I knew that when I booked it.
The room size is quite large as it is in an older building. The front desk staff was helpful with directions.
This hotel is not as close to things as advertised.
Amazing and helpful staff
Clogged sink and inconsistent hot water
Horrible experience. For being a 4 star hotel, this was a disappointment. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Hotel was very dated and dirty.
Rooms were fairly small and underwhelming.
The hotel is close to the Termini Station which was easy access to the tourist buses and metro. The staff was very helpful and bedrooms very clean. Breakfast was also good
The hotel was in a quiet area and seemed safe.
Beds were small and the shower was even smaller. Some type of weird door allowed you to take a shower in a tiny bathtub. My first experience in Europe so this might be the norm. Definitely not a 4 star hotel Staff was friendly and they had onsite food
Room was beautiful! Staff extremely helpful! Wish we could have stayed longer.
Great service and staff
The water in the bathtub went too hot every few minutes.
it was in a quiet neighborhood
the staff was polite but not overly friendly, we had to switch rooms because the shower would leak water all over the floor, they could not find the leak, the room we switched to had the same problem only not as bad. the elevator was very small.
Hotel employee excellent profecional really good worker
Room to small
No cleae sign outside
