The hotel has good location close to the centre of Rome and although it was not relatively close to city attractions it was quite quiet. My room was quite big (by Rome standards) with large and comfortable bed and large and clean bathroom.
The hotel staff ignored my request sent by e-mail to the reception desk to e-mail me a copy of a receipt for my stay, that I forgot to take at check-out, which I find being a sign of ignorance. Now my company will not reimburse me this cost and I will have to cover it from my own income. Inside my room whilst it was relatively spacious it was always dark because the windows were facing an opposite wall that was very close. It think that this is a feature of all other rooms that are not facing the street. The hotel is popular with Chinese tourists (saw a big crowd of them) and I was lucky not catching coronavirus being there just before that tragic outbreak in Italy.
Some noise happened in back street of hotel due to removed bottles bins
Very good and nice hotel
Excellent location. My style of hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. General Manager very elegantly sent a bottle of Bottega and some nice cookies on my wife's birthday. Nice touch!
The particular room we had was very nice and quite adequate, but smaller than some other rooms. Nothing serious, however. Did miss having a shoe horn, though.
excellent location. good breakfast.
rooms is needed to be reinnovated
Location and Superior Room was big.
The rooms we’re boiling hot and no way to cool other than opening a window which then meant noisy traffic. Made it hard to sell with the heat and noise. Raised it with reception but they stated nothing can be done as the room air conditioners are all set to 27C and heat only, if I’d known this I defiantly wouldn’t have booked. Lastly, bathrooms are dated and in need of updating, especially for a supposed 5 star hotel.
