Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location in Riyadh, with some also noting friendly reception staff and easy booking. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and linens, as well as poor cleaning service. Service was often described as unhelpful or slow, and several guests were disappointed by non-functioning TVs and the lack of breakfast despite prior payment. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
