Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly service, with several reviewers mentioning smooth check-in experiences and room upgrades. The hotel's location was also highlighted as a major advantage, being close to metro stations, shopping areas, and city attractions. Cleanliness received positive remarks, with guests noting well-maintained and tidy rooms. Some guests appreciated the spacious rooms. However, there were recurring complaints about uncomfortable beds and, in a few cases, issues with room maintenance and outdated facilities. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding service and location.
