Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the quality of breakfast, as well as some positive experiences with staff friendliness. However, many reviews highlighted significant concerns with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and issues with service such as lack of amenities and unresponsive staff. Bed comfort was also a recurring problem for several guests. Overall, while the location and breakfast were appreciated, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
