Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently mention the hotel's convenient location near restaurants, highways, and biking trails as a positive aspect. However, the majority of reviews highlight serious concerns with cleanliness, including reports of bugs, cigarette smells, and general lack of upkeep. Many guests describe poor service, rude staff, and maintenance issues. Safety concerns and a noisy environment are also frequently mentioned. Overall, while the location is appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and safety.
