The location was great. The InterCity bus stop is well within walking distance and so is the gondola station. The staff were very helpful and willing. The breakfast was something we look forward to in the morning. I certainly enjoyed the wines in the Club lounge.
The gym was not really function when we were there and the spa was also under renovation.

Very smooth check in with Georgina who was simply fantastic , very professional, friendly and confident. Gorgeous room, very comfortable bed, amazing location and incredibly helpful staff Looking forward to my next stay !

Excellent staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to all the restaurants and bars. It's also a great location if your skiing/snowboarding, the hotel is just across the road from the buses.
Breakfast was hit and miss - coffee wasn't great. Parking sometimes difficult, you had to park on the street or the secure parking across the road. Balcony backed onto the street so you wouldn't really use it.
