Beds were comfortable. Food was great, especially in the resteraunts. Super clean and friendly staff. A lot to do, we didn't leave the resort as we kept discovering something new.
Coffee. But after 4:00 the coffee and cigar lounge opens and that coffee was spelendid. Just wish it was open for breakfast.
Eh
The resort is beautiful. The design and the landscape is excellent. I had a great time meeting new people while there. The service is really good, because the staff is wonderful and professional. I liked that there is a train that takes you from place to place. If you're an adult, you will spend most of your time in the Strikers Bar or Casino or one of the pools. The drinks were really really good.
I hated the towel service (you have to bring your own towels to the pool in order to switch them out). There's a huge distance between everything (hence the train). Waiting on the train can be timely, so you may have to walk a lot to get to places. The disco tech has a bad DJ, but we made it fun. I didn't like paying for wifi. The food wasn't all that great. I hated that the only swim up bar was on the side wasn't on the adult only side, so that means you will see kids peeing in the fountain or walking around without diapers, even though they are not supposed to do either. I also didn't like that there's no food service by the pool. The tv didn't work in our room, and we had the repairman come by twice. There are so many mosquitos and flies.
Family Friendly All Inclusive Fun
The pools were amazing! Beautiful and very clean. The beach view was beautiful. Rooms were nice and cleaning service was good. Lots of fun activities for all members of the family.
Food was very hit or miss. The only thing that was mediocre on this trip.
The Spa was great!!! My husband and I purchased a couples massage and it was awesome.
It would have been nice to have been able to get food at the pool bars rather than having to go to the main buildings where all of the restaurants, inlcluding the 24 hour snack bar was located. We were a decent walk away from these and it was annoying to have to go so far for just a snack. At times, some of the bar staff was rather snooty too.
If I have only one critic it will be for the casino staff, only place in the resort where for some reason the staff absolutely not friendly,
Great Time!!!
Upon arrival, the staff was helpful, polite and always willing to help. Our room was very clean and maintained every day. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony with a great view of the beach. Food was good, a little repetitive , but you can always find something that you liked. Overall an amazing stay...
We were able to use the pool at the Bavaro Beach side but they would not serve us any drinks or let eat at the buffet.
Great Location, Terrible food and service.
Great facilities, beautiful setting, lots of fun activities available.
The food was absolutely terrible, both at the buffets and the a la carte restaurants. Most of the time the food seemed to be extremely dry, as if the food was pre-cooked and were sat under heating lamps for hours. The staff also seemed to be generally miserable, sometimes unhelpful and unfriendly. We were also left without toilet paper for an entire day, after the cleaner neglected to restock the bathroom. A lot of our calls to concierge also went unanswered or were redirected elsewhere to no avail. Also the lack of changing stations in the bathrooms throughout the resort is quite an inconvenience. We are a young couple with a nine month old infant, and having to go back to our room to change the baby is quite a task, as there is a lot of walking from the restaurants back to the rooms in the family section of the resort.
ovation
horrible internet service would not return there because of it a lot of good with no taste
We like the facilities for little kids. Family friendly, you have to walk (but we do not mind) they have 2 trolleys that pass every 6mnts. the personal is nice, it could be nicer the one in reception but they are ok. They help me to prepare the Happy birthday of my grandmother with music and the cake, that was the extra mile :)
The personal is nice, it could be nicer the one in the front desk but they are ok. I know that the hotel was full, but every customer is important. Beside the monologues of yes and no (with any additional information) everything was nice.
everything is nearby . local is new.
room service is not good . and towels too old. 0ne day they only give our one towels for 4 peoples.
