Guests consistently praised the breakfast variety and convenient location. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including slow or unprofessional staff, and problems with cleanliness such as outdated rooms and bathrooms. The restaurant and dinner buffet received several negative comments, with guests expecting better quality and freshness. Despite some positive experiences with friendly staff and thoughtful gestures, the overall sentiment was mixed due to recurring service and cleanliness concerns.
