Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location. However, many reviews mention the lack of air conditioning and outdated facilities as significant drawbacks. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, though some guests note issues in certain rooms. Room sizes and amenities, especially air conditioning, often fall short of expectations for a four-star property. Despite these negatives, positive experiences with service and breakfast are frequently mentioned.
