Pros:The staff was accommodating and were somewhat flexible when I needed to make last minute changes to my booking. The staff was really nice and attentive.
Cons:The rooms were inconsistent, I changed rooms a few times and sometimes there was a bottle of water, sometimes there was not. Also the same applied to towels, they would sometimes leave towels and coffee and sometimes not. I think the biggest improvement they can easily make is the cleanliness of the rooms. There were old coffee spills on the tv counter that could have easily been wiped down. Also it looked like they only swept visible parts of the room so areas like behind the door were missed and there would be hair and dirt when I closed my door. The surprising part is there was always 5-6 staff members at the front desk and at the restaurant just standing there and hanging out. So the lack in cleanliness was not due to lack of staff. I think management could redirect staff and set a higher standard for cleanliness when things are slow.
