Pros (+) The staff was accommodating and were somewhat flexible when I needed to make last minute changes to my booking. The staff was really nice and attentive.
Cons (-) The rooms were inconsistent, I changed rooms a few times and sometimes there was a bottle of water, sometimes there was not. Also the same applied to towels, they would sometimes leave towels and coffee and sometimes not. I think the biggest improvement they can easily make is the cleanliness of the rooms.
