Excellent 10.0
Pros: Simones! The restaurant attached to the property was fabulous. Beautiful views!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location of this Resort is central we didn't have to go far to get a good restaurant. The private patio view was amazing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host was amazing, respectful and went up and above for his guest. He picked me and my friend from the airport. Also took us to airport. Anything we needed he was a call and drive away. He was helpful with questions, take us to grocery store when needed and he scheduled us a complimentary massage which was amazing. The studio is beautiful with a lovely patio view of island which I woke up to everyday peacefully. Turks and Caicos is truly paradise and I will be coming back once a year. I will be booking though the same host. He truly was helpful and amazing. Our trip was smooth thanks to the hun.. The área of the hotel is good, safe and has few good restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was clean and set up nicely with cleaning supplies, utensils, soap and etc. I promise you won’t regret booking this apartment! I truly liked everything, my whole stay and trip. The excursions were lovely as well!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cleanliness.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The unit was very clean and well accommodated. It was walking distance to Smith's Reef, Thursday Fish Fry at the Bight Park (walk there and taxi back), and Coral Gardens. The 3rd floor location was nice with a nice view. All appliances were in good shape, as were all the kitchenware. The host was outstanding, the best host we have ever had. For example, when the blow dryer burned out we text'd him and he brought a new one the next day. He was always just a text away if needed. He also arranged for airport drop off which was appreciated.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a grill on property. The resort reportedly removed it without explanation. This was a minor thing, but I felt it was worth noting. Also, the screens on the sliding door were a little tough to manage, which wasn't a big deal since we preferred the air conditioning most of the time.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The facility was very nice and well maintained. Very quiet complex. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed. The host/owner was extremely helpful and always available when we had questions etc. The outside balcony was very nice and provided a great view of the ocean. Price wise, this is a good place to stay to explore Turks and Caicos which is very expensive compared to other islands. Lots of good restaurants walking distance away.
Cons: This island pretty much requires you to have a car to get to the best beaches and explore, as public transportation is not available and taxi cabs are not common and are expensive. Not walking distance to beaches with facilities such as rentals, food, washrooms but otherwise was comfortable for the price point!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host, Deveraux, is a great host!!! He met us at the airport and gave us a ride to the property, even when we arrived late. He took the time to explain the area and some history about Turks. He gave us a ride to the grocery store the next day. He arranged a rental car for a couple of days. And on the last day, he gave us a ride back to the airport. The location of the property was pretty convenience, close enough to the Grace Bay. Would definitely recommend this property! Thanks, Deveraux!!!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our “go to” TCI spot forever. Not a single complaint. I am always with my antenna up when traveling. This place made it all seamless.
Cons: I got nothing.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Food was very good but selection was the same everyday No where to get a snck between 4-6 Room was beautiful Snorkeling right at the beach was great
Cons: There was nothing to do after dinner
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quiet comfortable clean property. Love adults only and a la carte instead of buffet. Location is away from crowded beaches of other properties. Suites are spacious and well stocked. Would highly recommend this property if you want peace and quiet.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location- very quiet, on the beach with assigned beach chairs 5 minute walk from Coral Gardens snorkeling, 5 minute drive at Smith's reef Facility & Staff - great attention to detail. Great food. Plenty of drinks. Beautiful, big, and homey room The sister resorts- get access to Blue Haven and Alexandria for food and events. Shuttle available. Adults Only!!!!!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Sure you could nitpick but after having the best vacation of our lives, why bother
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Spitting distance to the beach, great views, and great food!
Cons: Out AC kept tripping the circuit breaker making it very humid and hot inside. Information about local attractions and times when the on premises restaurants were open was out of date. Reception apologized profusely and promised to fix these issues.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is excellent! Already missed the clear water and colorful fishes!
Cons: The kitchen ventilation didn’t do the work. After we made breakfast, the bacon smell stayed with us for a whole day... cleaning lady didn’t add the bathroom amenities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. This made for my stay to be amazing. Also, I loved the proximity to the beach as well as the amenities the hotel had to offer. Lastly, the room was way better than I expected. Everything I needed was within the room.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like is that I wish they had regular fries on the dinner menu lol. But that isn’t major!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, beach activities, excellent services, cleanness.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room looks like totally brand new!!! It is Clean, the furnitures are new and the location is awesome. There is an amazing reef in front of the hotel! The staff is very gentle and nice!! Excellent place!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved this place!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beach was the best part of the stay.
Cons: Check in and check ou is a night mare. The late check out policy isn't fair.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Bungalows were awesome with great facilities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Proximity to the beach, size of room, view, staff, grounds were well kept. Overall the room was very nice and well appointed. Bedrooms were good size with good bathrooms. Pool area was very well maintained and had very nice seating options.
Cons: Our dishwasher did not work, and the shower diverted was stuck on shower. My daughter wanted to take baths but was unable to. Also, we went in the slow season during the CoVid 19 pandemic, and the hot water took several days to clear the rust build up.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Food options on site at jojo’s.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I REALLY liked the hotel, and the staff. The beach is phenomenal, more so than other hotel beaches. Short walk to the Gansevort beach too, which has another nice swimming area and pool
Cons: No.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is superb - right on the beach and small enough that you can get anywhere. The staff was warm and did a great job taking good care of us, even at several times beyond our expectations. The ocean view suite was clean and comfortable and the view was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
Cons: If your room expectations are that everything is new and flawless, you’ll find some imperfections. To us, they weren’t an issue and didn’t impact our stay at all. If your service expectations are that service is immediate, you may be disappointed, but things on the island tend to run on island time. Sit back, relax and enjoy! Finally, I wouldn’t recommend as ideal for families with small children. The pool area is lovely but there’s a sign asking for quiet at all times and the pool vibe was definitely one of relaxation as opposed to kids running around. This was fine for us but could be an issue for others.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We loved our two bedroom with an ocean view . The graves cottage on-site is one of the best restaurants on the island in a very charming setting . My only complaint is there is no store onsite . It would be nice if they can offer or sell sunscreen and toothpaste as a convenience to the guests
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beach!! Food!
Cons: Bathroom cleaner
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Outdoor breakfast with plenty of shade. Breakfast selection was good and food was delicious. Service is great and friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had an amazing stay at Point Grace which is a small, intimate resort with very attentive and friendly staff. Our Cottage was roomy, modern, and comfortable with a full kitchen right next to the pool which was heated and very relaxing with an adjacent hot tub. Breakfast was included and delicious. Larry took wonderful care of us and made sure that we were well fed. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and due to the Covid pandemic, empty. Dinner at Grace’s Cottage was fantastic. The setting is very lovely and romantic and we would definitely recommend. Overall, we could not have asked for a better stay. We will be back!
Cons: Everything was perfect!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best Location on Grace Bay Beach! The Place is Beautiful and feels like you stepped into a Beautiful home. Just the right size resort and Quite and Relaxing. No Loud music or Party atmosphere, Here you come to just RELAX and take it all in. We had the 2 bedroom Ocean front suite which is very large and so relaxing and beautifully decorated in ocean colors and British colonial decor yet a mix of modern it was just gorgeous . The staff is Amazing Every morning we were greeted by Shirine &/or Larry for Breakfast always a smile and great service. Mary runs the front desk and manages the place and runs a tight ship everything we needed was accommodated including her ordering flowers and having them delivered to our room while we we out so my husband could surprise me. Than daily beach service is great Mike & James always set up out beach chairs and towels and bucket with cold water and come by to check on us or if we needed anything from the bar with their friendly attitudes. Don't miss out on the spa service either while there, Jasmine gave me the best most relaxing 3.5 hr facial/ massage and spa package that I guarantee you will be glad that you purchased, So very relaxing. Wish I could remember everyone's names the staff is so wonderful and a big part of our vacation. The two Restaurants both have really tasty great food hats off to the chef and bar tender. We stayed 12 days to celebrate our 30 yr Anniversary and all in all the one word that describes this place is Wonderful! Only away from there 5 days Already wishing I was back! Provo Turks & Caicos is Beautiful and amazing in itself but this Gem of a place just made it for both me and my husband. The staff felt like my extended family. Thank you all for helping make a Perfect 30th Anniversary Trip
Cons: Nothing it was awesome.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely staff and perfect position on the beach.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a suite on a higher floor. View not quite as good on the first floor.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The property is quietly located on the tip of Grace Bay, which means you're far away from the noise of the busier resorts, which for us was the perfect way to relax for five days. The staff at point grace are incredible! Our check-in process was seamless and friendly, and every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The beach staff in particular were fantastic - they'd set us up ahead of time with chairs, umbrellas and cold waters. The rooms are spacious and incredibly well decorated - I also loved having a washer and a dryer in the room to stay on top of laundry! There are certainly resorts that are more modern builds, but the romance of this colonial hotel really was special! A beautiful slice of Turks luxury, we will definitely be back.
Cons: Whilst the cocktails + bar were fantastic, the food left a little to be desired.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: breakfast was great. beach great. Kayonn, Delores, Charles and the rest of the staff were great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Excellent location great food and pleasant staff
Cons: Sometimes the staff didn’t follow through. Covid testing procedure was confusing but eventually done.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were very welcoming and willing to assist you with anything.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I left a review elsewhere, but I must repeat: The staff is really superlative at this hotel. Also worth noting, an advantage to staying here is it is located apart from the main strip of hotels so one sees a wide open expanse of beach instead of a row of buildings.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I submitted a review for this hotel yesterday but forgot to mention that the hotel chef is quite good, and isn't afraid to go off menu occasionally. Many,if not all his dishes ,e.g. his peanut butter pie,are prepared from scratch.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I ended up staying 13 nights here.Staff are consistently eager to help, and are kind. Rooms are large and quiet.High quality bed, linens and towels.Everything looks new. I ate at least a dozen dinners here-all well prepared and nutritious. Breakfast had healthy options in addition to the usual offerings. It was nice to be able to use the hotel bikes to travel to various hotels and restaurants along Grace Beach. The hotel also provided complimentary masks and fins. The hotel offered covid testing (for the return flight) at the hotel. Taxis are readily available, though expensive everywhere on the island.Next time I'll rent a scooter or car.
Cons: Some may prefer this Western stretch of Grace beach as it is wide ,quiet and scenic. And it was nice to be able to walk 3 minutes to the best beach-accessible reef on the island. But I think next visit I'd prefer to be "closer to the center of things".
Excellent 9.0
Pros: -Super nice staff: very welcoming, very friendly at the beach too (they set you up with towels with a big smile, come and check on you often) -they let us check out as late as we wanted on our last day (we ended up checking out at 16h): we found that that was really a nice touch -delicious food at the restaurant (try the grilled mahi mahi wrap!). the whole restaurant menu is available for room service too. fantastic rum punches. Breakfast: good, their homemade pancakes are divine, the rest is solid. -great location (next to the coral reef) and also more peaceful than the east point of grace bay -very spacious rooms, we had the ocean view room and our little terrace was lovely. They went all out in terms of appliances: great oven, smoothie machine, filter coffee machine and everything else you could dream of in a kitchen. Dishwasher too. They even have a washing machine and dryer with detergent.
Cons: -the buffet dinners are too expensive (50$ ish excluding taxes per person) for not so many choices but at least they tried to do a different theme every night -a tennis court would be great -more water bottles daily in the room would be nice
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Our family had a fantastic vacation at West Bay Club! The beach is great at this part of Grace Bay. The property is quaint and very well maintained. The staff was wonderful and they knew you by name due to the size of the property. Of particular note, the beach staff led by Charles was very attentive and made our stay very relaxing and fun.
Cons: Needed to take a taxi to the shopping areas, but size of the beach at West Bay Club more than made up for it. You may want to rent a car.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: We had an unbelievable moment here We loved it

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The grounds, the staff and the general atmosphere
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: My stay was pretty good, unfortunately I called three times concerning the hot water. For $500 a night the hot water should work. It never really heated up. The staff is amazing especially at the bar next to parallel 23. I love going there every night, they are truly awesome.
Cons: The hot water!!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The palms is amazing. The facility and staff is 100% perfect. I recommend it for everyone.
Cons: I loved everything

Excellent 9.3
Pros: The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The layout of the resort was great. You didn't have to walk forever to get to the beach or to the restaurants and neighboring resorts were close by enough that you could walk to their restaurants.
Cons: No extended checkout and no heads up on the state of T and C airport which was a mess.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was great!
Cons: N/A
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The location was very close to shops and restaurants. The beach was very nice.
Cons: The staff was not very helpful. The spa and workout equipment were non functioning. The food options were very limited. The bathroom toilet did not flash and the shower frequently did not supply hot water and was very small.
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and resolved our issues quickly
Cons: Rooms were outdated and the enterence to our originally room opened directly into the foot of the bed
Poor 1.0
Pros: I didn’t like the fact when I was booking they send me an confirmation email with the original price and when I arrived they where charging another price with a lot of taxes included I will never ever stay at this hotel again
Cons: The service was horrible I had to wait a day before I got my keys for my room and I didn’t get my ocean view room because where I was I could even see the ocean that much I was very disappointed
Good 7.9
Pros: Great location
Cons: The room we had was perfectly fine except for fact that if your neighbours spoke loudly you could hear their each and e dry word. The room was one that could be opened / linked to make larger room capacity. However, poor sound proofing between the linked door. This obviously is a serious privacy issue. I did bring it to reception attention and was told it would be raised to manager but no-one came to speak to further on the matter. I don’t think they appreciate that depending on conversation clients could be sharing personal identifiable data.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great beach and location Nice pools Decent small gym Hemingway’s restaurant food was good and not too expensive Best of all was the friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Rooms and furniture could use some updating
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Room was not at all even acceptable. I believe they put us in a storage room that had not been used. It was seriously bad and the staff was not helpful at all. I fully understand there would be additional cost to upgrade to one of the many vacant rooms.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The beach is amazing!
Cons: This was my wife and I first trip to Turks & Caicos. We will return because the beaches are beautiful but we will choose another resort. The day we arrived it was 4:30pm, local time, and we had made reservations for an Ocean View Suite. The room that was given to us at first was not an Ocean View it was a Garden View. Then the front desk told us they would put us in another room but it would not be ready for a while. When I asked how long, they could not give me any idea on the time frame. So, we had a late lunch at Hemingway’s the resort restaurant. The food okay but their service was horrible. A hour and a half had past and we went back to the front desk to check and see if our room was ready. The front desk could not provide me any answers. The front desk staff was extremely unorganized. The staff had misplaced our paperwork for the room in the hour and a half that we were having lunch and waiting for our room. After 30 minutes of two front desk staff members frantically working to check in additional guest and find our paperwork we finally head to the room. Atthis point it approximately 3 and half hours later. Prior to leaving the front desk my wife ask “does the building have an elevator?” The staff tells us “yes”. Once we arrived at the building where our room is located we learned from the bell man that the elevator is out of order. My wife is still recovering from a broken knee cap and our room is on the 3rd floor. The bell man told us the elevator was supposed to repaired the following day. Well it was not and I had go and speak to the manager the following morning. The manager went to speak to the maintenance team. Here is where the story hits a all time shocker for me!! When the manager returns she walks two feet in front of me and straight into her office and closes the door. She never acknowledged me. The front desk staff went into her office and asked the details. When the front desk clerk returned I was told it would be repaired on Saturday, it is Wednesday morning. Then I am offered another room (this our 3rd room in three days). I take it because it is on the ground floor but no ocean view. This one is a garden view. Then my wife is stuck in the half bathroom because the door handle is broke. She was in there for 10 minutes plus. I mentioned this to management and asked for the difference returned to my card due to the inconvenience and the non-ocean view, that we paid to have. Later that day after housekeeping cleaned our room I found a gift certificate for breakfast for 2 at the resort restaurant. This was an insult. I will end on this the evening staff at the restaurant and the front desk was much friendlier than the day. The bell man we had was awesome as well. It is a shame, this place could be great. The beach is amazing. The Resort needs some attention and the some of the staff needs learn hospitality skills.
Good 6.7
Pros: Great location, large room, perfect kitchen!
Cons: It wasn’t very clean, our feet would get really black for dirt just walking barefoot in the room!
Excellent 8.5
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel location is on a beautiful stretch of beach. Pools were not overly crowded either.
Cons: Room assigned at check in wasn't ideal, hotel front desk offered a free upgrade to a different room layout. Management Superceded and they said would charge 80 per day for the room change. I do not rec booking if you have more than 2 in your group.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: close to the ocean and pool. Awesome sand and beach seating. cocktails served on the beach.
Cons: no
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: The room was VERY old and not clean. The floors were sticky and there was a ton of dust on the furniture. It smelled like mold everywhere.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The spa and the beaches. The staff are very nice and helpful
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed here prior to our wedding in T&C and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon knowing that we were getting married they sent a bottle of champagne to our room and did everything they could to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: We received a free upgrade to a one bedroom right next to the pool. Hemingways restaurant was also great. Delicious fish and chips. The beach was awesome and never too crowded. We could always find a hut and chairs.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The beach
Cons: There were a lot of cockaroches in the hotel room ! And you can hear people from the room next to you very clearly
Excellent 9.4
Pros: My brother got married on a nearby all inclusive megaplex. That's a) not our style and b) not our budget. The Sands is very comfortable, very friendly, very professional, and down right lovely. My brother said his resort was too much like Disneyland. A 5 minute bike ride to nearby shopping area, we got simple groceries each day, and patronized local businesses. Make sure your trip includes a Thursday pm so you can go to the Fish Fry and hang with the locals. Highly highly highly recommend the conch chowder and pork stew (2 different things) at nearby grocery. Bikes were great! Rode all over the place.
Cons: The resort was fantastic. We loved picking staff for local places to go. TCI, in general, food is expensive (alas we still saved baucoup $$ on this resort). Saw some nasty American tourists. Don't be like them. You're on vacay. Relax for God's sakes.
Excellent 8.6
Pros: Water Sports Equipment included in the cost of the room. Our room had a sitting area, kitchenette which were excellent bonuses. Pool steps from our door. Plenty of shade to ovoid long periods in direct sunlight.
Cons: If I mentioned anything, it would only be picky. Nothing to not like.
Excellent 8.6
Pros: The room has everything for you. Small kitchen , patio and even washer and dryer.
Excellent 8.6
Pros: Quiet w/variety of age groups. Beautiful beach. Great water. Conch dive was fun. Nor as expensive as I thought it was gonna be. Are out for dinner in at other meals.
Cons: Snorkel is far better at Cozumel. At least where they took us. Beach and pool service not great if you are wanting to drink a lot. Plenty if chairs. Umbrellas. Chk your bill one girl at the restaraunt tried to dbl. chrg us. I had a feeling as there was a mess up and they fixed it without probl. The guys were better and more friendly than the women.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, location, location.... it is situated on a relatively quiet section of gorgeous Grace Bay Beach. Since there is not a developed property on either side of the resort it doesn't feel crowded and it feels isolated in a good way. The palapas and beach staff are wonderful. The hobie cats and water boards are included and easily accessible. Our studio had a small kitchenette, which was nice. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Our second floor room had a view of the ocean, which was beautiful. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and very helpful. Hemingways restaurant was very convenient as it was right on the edge of the beach. You could sit in the sun on the deck or under a covered area. The food was always delicious so we had breakfast daily and even ordered lunch on the beach. There were two weddings over the weekend but the guests never took over the resort. The pool closest to the beach was lovely and a nice spot to sit at the end of the day. Overall, we thought it was terrific and had a lovely visit. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would come again with our children on another visit. Great spot for a couple to get away.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very quiet room. Perfect spot on the beach.
Cons: Room needs updating
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We live on island, but wanted to treat ourselves to a Staycation at one of the hotels on the beach. We could have chosen any of the newer, upmarket hotels, but we wanted to stay at a smaller boutique hotel. Sibonne is one of the older hotels and with only two floors, is very intimate and casual. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. It also has one of the best restaurants on the island, Bay Bistro. We had the lobster benedict, which was amazing! We also had the fish and shrimp tacos for lunch and grouper for dinner, which were all fantastic. Bay Bistro is definitely one of our favourite restaurants on Grace Bay. You can't beat the location as it is one of the few directly on the ocean and the food and service is always first-rate.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance of shops. On site restaurant is the best value for breakfast and drinks. There are other restaurants within walking distance. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping was really good.
Cons: Nothing
Poor 1.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Terrible service Not open 24/7 at the front desk Smelled like sewage one morning in our room Expensive Pool isn’t filled with water regularly
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Stacy and Dominique delightful and housekeeping amazing and thorough-sanitizing with bleach daily.
Cons: Pool took a little longer to be fixed than projected. Inattention to beach debris from restaurant orders.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The location, right on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Beach chairs always available. Lush gardens. The restaurant Bay Bistro was delicious. Walking distance to downtown and other restaurants close by. Grace Bay Beach has beautiful clear waters and you can take wonderful long walks in either direction. Sibonne is a small charming hotel. We loved the simplicity.
Cons: I wish the in room fridge was larger.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Jan was very nice, always available and accommodating. I loved our room. It was perfect for us since I cook every day. The washing machine set up was perfect too. No pool on premises, but we used the one at the sister resort, which is five minutes away. Loved the beach set up -- umbrella, table, chairs and very attentive butlers offering you cold towels and cold water frequently. Breakfast every day was perfect. They bring it right to your room at whatever time you arrange.
Cons: I'm not sure how after hours works. I called twice and got no response. Luckily, neither was an emergency. The lighting was too dim for me.
Good 6.3
Pros: Bed was comfy.
Cons: The location was pretty bad. Not walkable, at all.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Room was nice. Location from airport The had a shuttle to pool and beach
Cons: No eating facilities on site No pool or beach on site
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was a bit skeptical at first as I thought this place might be too good to be true, but I am so beyond happy that we decided to stay at One On Marlin during our trip to Turks and Caicos. Even prior to our arrival, we received a call from Chris, the Butelier, offering shuttle service from the airport. We had already rented a car (definitely recommend it!) and so he promptly sent over directions to the hotel instead. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and offered a drink. We were then shown the room which was everything we could have hoped for with a kitchenette, full bathroom and TONS of storage. Each day we would come home to fresh towels for showering and for the beach. The rooms also come with a cooler and chairs for the beach. There is a light breakfast served each morning with a member of the staff present to help you select your activities for the day or to offer advice on restaurants/places to visit. Every place Chris recommended we visit was excellent! We cannot wait to return to One On Marlin for our next visit. We would highly recommend!
Cons: Random but the door to the bathroom was only effective in hiding the person using the bathroom from your eyes, not your ears.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Large space for family of 5
Cons: Food options limited and repetitive. You’re in island time, order an hour ahead.
Good 7.0
Pros: The facility and the staff was great and for me it was a great and memorable time for me as I took my 95 year old grandfather. The people we met were awesome I have been friends because of the resort Vanessa did a great job getting me a wheelchair abs a beach buggy
Cons: Had to call the front desk multiple times to fix the refrigerator, the dryer, the TVs, the sink etc. I heard from other guests there were leaks in several rooms. The food was good but they just wanted to throw food in front of you as quickly as possible so some of us got the 2nd course before the first course, sometimes both courses at the same time... soups were sometime room temp and were not hot.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location. Food was pretty good.
Cons: Staff was friendly but not well informed - for example bartenders and waiters were not able to accommodate requests easily. In general, limited attention paid to guests - had to go out of our way to get help, order a drink, etc. Overall the rooms and the service were below expectations.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The beach is amazing!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful beach. Wonderful staff.
Cons: It would have been nice if they notified us that the sister hotels were closed. That option was a major factor in my choosing this hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything is clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Beach is the best around.
Cons: Add a few hammocks
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Grace Bay Beach is awesome, super clear beautiful water. Best swimming Beach I have been too. Food was Usually very good, If u didn't like something you could always find something else that was good. Free kayaks, SUPs, and Hobie Cats were good.
Cons: The shuttle service from sister resorts did not run often enough especially in the evening during dinner service. The shuttles were very crowded and some people were left behind due to being full and had to wait till next shuttle. Rooms were a bit older
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The beach was beautiful. Had nothing to do with the resort really. That's just the way it is in that area.
Cons: Staff is not friendly at all. Food was terrible. Nothing to do in the evening. Rooms need a lot of work and renovations . While you're sitting by the pool or at the beach, no one is around to bring you a drink or anything. Very disappointed.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Beach.
Cons: Staff, food, drinks, service.
Mediocre 2.8
Cons: Worst service, we paid extra for beachfront room and was not given, went to front desk spoke to Jennifer answer given was they are sold out, she has no customer service skill and absolutely rude. They did not solve our issues and room smells like sewage spoke to Ramona about smell she said she will take care of it but when we got to room in the evening nothing was done. There were few staff members who went above and beyond. Same food served everyday, which is disappointing for all inclusive. Will not stay there again. Turks and Caicos Islands is absolutely gorgeous, will go there agin but will stay at different hotel.
Excellent 9.7
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wesley (who works at the restaurant and is the sailing instructor) and Tina (the security guard ) and others really went out of their way to make sure anything I needed was provided and that my stay there was excellent. The staff is amazing!
Good 6.2
Pros: Beautiful pool area, beautiful beach and water. Close to town for biking.
Cons: Too many people valentines weekend and too many children. We had to leave on Wednesday and noticed all the familys and children left too and we might have enjoyed more adult time and not as many umbrellas on the beach after Wednesday if we had been able to stay the whole week.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Food was excellent- never had a bad meal. Great beach with good lounge chair available. Staff was excellent Provides dinner on the beach if you prefer They make great exotic drinks Room cleaned every day early or later if requested
Cons: Studio room was smaller than expected for the money Needed more entertainment for the evenings on property Taxi service was expensive- charged by the person
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Mango reef that is on the resort had great food. The stay was awesome for our anniversary and honeymoon.

Excellent 10.0
Cons: Clean, beautiful and spacious rooms. Excellent food with healthy food options and a beautifully maintained property!
Good 7.6
Pros: the vast number of different things to do for the children such as water slides for the kids, xbox, drop off camp, ice cream/ cotton candy, arts and crafts, ping pong tables etc... the food was better than i expected at an all inclusive. 16 different restaurants to choose from, from beach side to restaurant setting. Unlimited drinks were very nice. i was very pleased with the whole place.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed with my rooms. When first arrived they said Kayak (where i booked) did not let them know i booked a luxury king walkout and instead put me in a room that was two double beds. I had to show proof and was then put into the correct room the next night. the beds were hard as a rock -that needs to be changed. Pillows were too soft, i found a roach in my room and my room was so humid cus my a/c wasnt working. housekeeping was quick to fix my a/c and sprayed my room with bug spray. because its access to the outside, there were many mosquitos which kept me awake most of the night.

Okay 4.0
Pros: It was a quiet location.
Cons: The room was filthy, several of the faceplates around the light switches were grimy. Most uncomfortable bed, ever. The pools are situated such that they get absolutely NO sun during this time of the year. Cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable stay, reception staff was helpful. Room was cozy, nice and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped which we took advantage of
Cons: Stairs was a bit much to get up to the 5th floor rooms, but I guess we could use the exercise.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Room was near the pool.
Cons: Facility updated
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff are pretty lazy and disinterested, but the location is great. Walking distance to a couple of good bars/restaurants. Close to town. Wifi is very good. There is parking on site which is good because car rental is expensive on the island.
Cons: View from our room wasn't ocean view as advertised. You could see it in the distance if you stood on the balcony, but it really wasn't a view. The advertised free beach furniture is pretty awful. Chairs worked okay, but all the umbrellas are broken.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The layout. The shower. The patio was amazing. The full kitchen was a plus. Plenty of closet space. The location was perfect, easy to get to any destination. Security was on premises throughout the night and eased our concerns over crimes in Provo.
Cons: Safe was broken. No dishwasher/laundry detergent. No paper towels. TV channels were completely wrong from the directory, plus numerous channels were not available.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The interior of the room was great. It was the exterior and lack of safety/lighting at night that felt unsafe.
Cons: Area around registration was boarded up and abandoned areas...possible the shops they claimed to have? Not enough lighting at night and open doors to public moore of a motel style rather than resort.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything!
Good 7.1
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel in regards to the beach. The section of the beach closest to the hotel was very private.
Cons: 1. Only 10% of the TV channels worked. 2. There wasn't any dish soap/sponge provided. 3. The dishes were in the clean drawer yet they still had old food on them. 4. Upon first arrival into the room the sheets had large stains on them. 5. There was minimal staff to attend to guests. There is only one person at the reception desk at all times. 6. The reception desk was difficult to find, there should be larger signs as well as more signage directing guests. 7. Laundry detergent and fabric softener was not provided 8. The only way to contact receptionist for anything was to walk down a few flights of steps and goto the reception office. 9. There is no elevator on the property. I was lucky to have minimal luggage. 10. The shower was extremely hot even after turning the knob down to cold.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This property was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to nearby attractions. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a tour of the property and nearby places to eat. The beach is within walking distance including a well known snorkel spot- smiths reef. I would recommend renting a car while staying here, although there are many things in walking distance and most tours will pick you up from here, it was nice to have to get around and explore on your own. The value of staying in the condo was worthwhile- it was clean and comfortable. I liked the ability to cook food and wash laundry. Parking and wifi were free. Beach towels were provided. This particular property is located at the top with stunning views. The stretches of beach are easily walkable. We were able to walk from our part of the beach to one end of grace bay but we have an active and fit lifestyle. highly recommended for family and friends. Would definitely consider staying again.

Excellent 8.3
Pros: Great value. Nice view of the Marina. Car rental next door, recommended as beach and shopping area a 10 min drive. Still comes out half the cost of the Grace Bay resorts. Just drve to the beach access parking area and plop down on the beach next to the folks paying more than twice the price. The Turtle Cove Inn is budget, but comfortable. Walking distance to many Turtle Cove restaurants which are all very good.Folks take taxis from the Grace Bay resorts to eat here. Do take the time to drive down to Long Bay beach. No signs but look for kite surfers near the Shore Club development, park and walk down to a beautiful secluded beach.
Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel, just be prepared, food is very expensive in TCI. Everything is imported. I went to the IGA and got stuff to eat in the room. There is a small fridge. And if you get a take out meal it will stay warm in the car for hours if you park in the sun with the windows shut.

Pros: Arrived late afternoon on a recent Saturday. Directions were a little difficult even with a GPS because of its location. The road leading to the place was in disarray but I'm not complaining about that. Once I arrived, there were 2 large dogs barking and no one near to get information. My wife wondered around and knocked on another adjacent apartment. The renter came out startled after a few minutes and walked us towards our unit. He looked around and found the key. He mentioned he was also a tenant and was helpful and kind. Inside we turned on the fans, since it was the only source of ventilation. Came across 3 giant roaches during the length of my stay, which was 1 night. I'm not picky at all but the things you see in the pictures such as Jacuzzi and pool, were inoperable. The pool was dirty and my daughter forced me to clean it so we could get in for a few minutes, which I did. We didn't really stayed in the unit since we wondered the island. The next day at checkout my credit card had a late penalty fee of $90 pending. I have an email confirmation with kayak of check out being at 1pm. Yet they're trying to charge me $45 per hour for a supposed check out time of 11am. That's been my experience with this booking. I never saw another human in the premises at all, yet they're claiming they tried to reach me. I'm currently emailing my credit card company and kayak to resolve the matter. Save yourselves, go somewhere else.
Cons: Cleanliness, location, amenities, fictitious charges.
