Pros: Would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The food was excellent, tasty with good variety as were the drinks and snacks available by the pool. No limitations on all inclusive. The pools are great with water slides for big kids, mini play area for little kids and jacuzzi for the grown ups. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The entertainment team do an amazing job, the pool games were good fun and we were really impressed with the quality performances in the evening shows.

Pros: Great food and excellent service in Greek restaurant. Generally very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The jacuzzi pool was sooo great and the beach minibus was always on time!

Pros: Great variaty of foods and drinks in the bars, with alcohol and without. Very children friendly, entertainment team and lifeguards kind and cheerful. Pools clean, children and adults enjoyed the slides. Only 10 minutes walk from the Protaras center and beach. Free hotel-transfer after every 0,5 hour to Protaras and back. Good connections with Agia Napa. Enjoyed every minute in the hotel and would return there.

Pros: The overall idea of the hotel is wonderful, room is very big, bed is comfortable and reception service was very fast. We stayed only for 1 day, but it was a nice stay

Cons: We went during the busiest week of the Cyprus holiday season so the hotel was a bit over crowded and this led to some minor issues such as shortage of towels but the staff did their very best to help us out so no complaints. The spa was okay, but there is room for improvement.

Cons: In general, it worth 4 stars, but some improvements are needed. Pills on sofa were dirty and overall cleaning shall be a little bit better, inside painting need to be refreshed, snack compliments are very small, may be it is better to replace it by fruit plate

Pros: Location just FANTASTIC everything for a relaxing sunshine holiday . Coralli Spa is from main hussle of the resort but within a 5 - 10 min stroll .View from main pool which is located in front of block A is stunning . There is al so a bar for drinks and snacks . You also have another pool for block B both clean with excellent toilets facilities .Our apartment was in block B and was excellent it had everything you could need bright clean with modern fittings/furniture ,there was even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and hand wash provided .We are already planning to return next year

There was plenty of extra bedding and towels as well. Our contact with the apartment manager was very good she got in touch before and on arrival with helpful information and left us a contact number to call if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Cons: We arrived at the end of the season so the mattress and pillows were not in the very best conditions at that point. The fact that there wasn't a mattress protector didn't help as stains were very visible but there was plenty of extra bedding available so we used that as well.
