The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests highlighting exceptional service. Cleanliness was also noted positively, with rooms described as spotless and well-maintained. Many guests appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. However, the lack of an elevator was a recurring negative point, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
