It was my second time at this hotel. The simple, confortable lines, the good access to the ciy center and the reasonable prices made me choose again to stay at "Apartamenty Pomarańczarnia". The staff was kind enough to call me on my mobile to tell me as soon the apartment was cleaned and ready to enter, as we arrived early in the morning and before the other guests' check-out.
The apartment is slowly getting more modern and ready. There are, however, some very minor flaws (not big enough to keep us from booking there again, to be noticed!): the bathroom window had no curtain, so we had to use a towel to cover; the front door and ascending stairs "don't match" the good style inside the apartments (on our first visit, we were almost not going upstairs, because the access was so poor... fortunately we did see the apartment, and were amazed on the huge quality difference. We stayed!)
The free wi-fi access, the sleeping room was clean.
The kitchen had a bad smell of food probably left by the previous guests. The couch in the living room should be replaced.
Very spacious and tastefully decorated apartments.
The 4 flights of stairs to reach my room. Plus, there was no microwave in my room.
Great, comfortable room, plenty of room, and good facilities, location to the shops, and city centre couldn't have been better
no toaster in the room, would have been nice to have had some tea and coofee already there to go with the kettle
Re apartment no. 14. A very well kept, city centre apartment, which was excellent value for money.
This is a great location in Poznan, easy walking distance to shops etc, and the apartments are very spacious and tastefully decorated. Whilst my comments in the negative box may put you off, i do appreciate that the water and building work were circumstantial, but it did make our stay that bit less enjoyable and we maybe would have booked elsewhere if we had known
We stayed from may 31st till 11th june and unfortunatly there is extensive work going on on the exterior of the building. This means scaffolding up and workmen from sometimes 7 a.m outside you windows! This was slightly annoying, also one day the water went off in the immediate vicinity. Only when we saw the locals filling up buckets etc from a water truck did we realise we had to do the same (no-one in reception) After 6 trips up 3 flights of stairs i was a bit knacked! Finally, make sure you ask in reception for changes of towels or cleaning rooms because they won't do either if you don't.
hotel has a great location, short walk to the old town and 5 minutes away from the Stary Browar shopping centre
Nice rooms, nice furniture, good beds, quiet (although in middle of city center). Very friendly people at reception, they waited for hours because we arrived too late.....! Never hired such a good appartment. It almost felt like being home....
the apartment was great and big, all mod cons-sat tv nice decor.big rooms and warm.very clean, will go back again.stayed in a few hotels in poznan and by far this is the best as it had big bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchenhighly recommend...a++++
It was like you were in your own home. Apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable ... you couldn't really ask for any more!
I honestly could not find any faults ...
