we loved the spa, also loved the swimming pool. The location was perfect, and we could walk to beach, shops cafes etc.
location was good near Macrossen street which is the main street.
The Studio room turned out to be a very small unservices en suite room. There was no cooking facility. No food prep area - unless you worked around the small dusty TV cabinet. I was told to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. Unhygienic and unpleasant. Worst thing was that the shower room was next to a plane glass window that overlooked the high street. The glass is not frosted so everyone can view you having a shower if you have the lights on - the blinds are not good enough. The floor was dirty. The small wardrobe had a broom in it and was not big enough to house 2 suitcases, clothes, and ironing board, iron, broom etc. It was really poor and a really expensive mistake to book this room.
Very easy, comfortable lodgings in a great location....
Location in centre of Pt Douglas meant that no need for a car.Friendly management who were very helpful when things didn't go quite right - I tripped the power switches twice, also very good advice about the area.
we enjoyed our stay from the start. The staff the room, the pool the placement of the hotel was all fantastic thank you.
