The room was fantastic!! we had a gate that opened up to the side of the pool so was great with a 1 year old to keep ducking in and out of our room to the pool. Cleaning service was fantastic, always fresh towel and room was cleaned nicely. Loved the sand/beach/pool style, again fantastic for 1 year old who wants to crawl in and out of the water and play in the shallow end.

TV are really old and terrible quality. Spending a week there with a 1 year old meant we would be watching TV mostly in the evenings. I think for a 5 start place they should have better Tvs We were originally on the second floor, then paid extra to move to the lower Floor with pool access. There were lots of plants and bushes surrounding the lower floor Bala omg which attracted more mosquitos- this was annoying as couldn’t use the Balcony to sit outside as we would be bitten to death. Access to the pool was better but couldn’t use balcony to sit and eat dinner’s a trade off I guess. Happy hour never included cocktails only beer and house wine. Gym is extremely small!
