Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast and meals. Many reviews highlight the proximity to the beach and local attractions as a major positive. However, there are frequent complaints about the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and common areas, with several guests noting that the hotel and its facilities are outdated and in need of renovation. While the service is generally appreciated, some guests experienced issues with room assignments and payment. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good value, especially for its location and food, but could benefit from improvements in cleanliness and room upkeep.
