Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many also appreciate the well-maintained facilities, including the pool and spa. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with aspects of service, such as unhelpful staff or poor communication, and note issues with room size and noise, particularly thin walls and disturbances from other guests. The lack of air conditioning and some outdated features are also mentioned as negatives. Overall, while the hotel is commended for its value, breakfast, and cleanliness, improvements in service, room comfort, and soundproofing are needed.
