Overall, guests were highly satisfied with their stay, frequently praising the friendly and attentive service, the delicious and varied breakfast, and the beautiful, peaceful location near major attractions like Pompeii and Vesuvius. Many also complimented the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenience of on-site parking. While a few reviews mentioned minor issues such as the lack of an elevator or some dated furnishings, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel a popular choice for travelers seeking comfort and hospitality.
